• Seafood: Filet of sole stuffed with a crab and shrimp mix, topped with Monterey Jack cheese, and served with Meuniere butter sauce.
• Vegetarian: Large grilled Portobello mushroom stuffed with a delectable combination of breadcrumbs and fresh roasted vegetables, topped with a thin slice of Monterey Jack cheese.
