Daily Discovering God 1

I have made a firm decision to follow God’s will as It is known and it shall be revealed in my life . . .

Joshua 24:15, Luke 22:42, 1John 2:17

I have come to a point in my life where I have made a conscious decision to obey God as his will is known and shall be made known in my life. With my body, soul and spirit, I have decided to follow God even though I do not know completely where he will take me. I am confident that His Spirit will never lead me where His power can’t keep me. When I can’t see clearly the hand of my God, I will trust comfortably in the heart of my God. The most difficult decision has already been made prior to my knowledge of the detailed will of God for my life.

Committed whole heartedly to God’s plan for my life, I have surrendered to God every aspect of my life, trusting my Lord and Savior to lead me in the path of his righteousness, knowing that my greatest joy and fulfillment will be found, as I live in the center of His will. As I am producing fruit in the place I am planted, live and obey I will find my greatest sense of joy and satisfaction.

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
